| 1 - Full research charges include the hourly research rate plus database charges, if applicable. 2 - The BIS standard for completing research requests is 24 hours. Actual time depends on staff availability and request complexity. 3 - Copyright Clearance Center is mandated by federal law and the CCC fees vary by publication and publisher. |
